Finalizo offers three plans:
Free — Best for trying Finalizo or for occasional projects. Includes up to 3 active packs, access to all core sections (credentials, support boundary, sign-off), and standard email delivery. No credit card required.
Pro (£15/$19 per month) — Best for freelancers with a regular client flow. Unlimited packs, custom branding (your logo and colours on the client-facing page), PDF exports, Zapier/Slack/Notion integrations, and priority email support.
Agency (£49/$59 per month) — Best for small teams or agencies handling multiple projects simultaneously. Everything in Pro, plus 10 team seats, API access, webhooks, white-label client pages (no Finalizo branding), and a dedicated partner contact.
All plans include the full handover pack builder, credential encryption, digital sign-off, and completion certificates.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro or Agency features until that date. If you downgrade from Agency to Pro and have more than 3 team members, additional seats are removed from the account at the billing date — the account owner remains and can re-invite members if you later upgrade again.
Annual billing
Choosing annual billing gives you a discounted yearly price compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual from Settings → Billing. The full year is charged upfront and is non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Payment methods
Finalizo uses Stripe for all payments. Accepted payment methods include:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- UK direct debit (BACS) via Stripe
- Stripe Link (saved payment details)
Checkout supports GBP and USD pricing. If your card is billed in a different currency, your card provider applies their standard conversion rate.
Invoices and receipts
Invoices are emailed automatically after each successful charge and are also available in Settings → Billing → Invoice history. Each invoice includes your registered business name and address if you have entered these under Settings → Account. VAT is added for UK-based accounts where applicable.
If you need a specific invoice format for accounting purposes, email billing@finalizo.com.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. After cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- Your packs, projects, and sign-off records remain accessible in read-only mode
- You will not be charged again
- You can reactivate at any time and all your data will be intact
Finalizo does not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will always handle edge cases fairly — if you have a billing concern, email billing@finalizo.com and a real person will respond.
Free trial
New Pro and Agency sign-ups include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A payment method is required for paid-plan trials so the subscription can continue automatically after the trial unless you cancel. You will receive a reminder email three days before the trial ends.
If you were referred by a Finalizo affiliate, you may have access to an extended trial — the link from your referrer will apply this automatically.
Team seats (Agency plan)
The Agency plan includes 10 team member seats by default. Team members can create and manage packs but cannot access billing settings or delete the workspace.
